At our clinic, we prioritize delivering premium, personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs. We have opted not to accept insurance to ensure the highest quality of service. Payment is required at the time of each visit via cash, credit, or debit card. For those with out-of-network (OON) benefits, we can supply a superbill for potential direct reimbursement from your insurance provider.
As an out-of-network practice, we're prohibited by law from offering physical therapy services to individuals covered by Medicare. Legislation mandates that physical therapists must file a claim with Medicare for any treatment provided to a Medicare beneficiary. Since we've opted out of Medicare enrollment, we're unable to submit claims for your care. Providing treatment despite this restriction could lead to legal consequences for our practice.
As a courtesy, we can provide you with a superbill detailing the services received during your sessions. We are also able to submit the superbill on your behalf. However, please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, as it depends on your insurance provider and plan coverage..
We're here to work alongside your healthcare providers to best support your well-being. If you have a referral from your physician, please remember to bring it with you to your initial appointment. But even if you don't have a referral handy, no need to fret! In New Jersey, you have direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can start your journey with us without one. Just keep in mind that to continue your therapy beyond the first session, state regulations stipulate that you'll need a physician's referral within 30 days.
When you schedule your first appointment with us, we'll send you some paperwork to fill out before you come in. This paperwork includes a questionnaire about your health and history. It's a chance for you to tell us your story and share any concerns you have. This helps us prepare for your visit and understand what's important to you.
When you arrive, we'll take you to a private room where we can chat. We'll talk about your medical history, any challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve with therapy. This conversation helps us get a clear picture of your needs.
After our discussion, we'll move on to the examination. This involves looking at how you move and how you hold your body, as well as some more specific tests based on your situation. It's all done to get a thorough understanding of what's going on with your body.
Once we've finished the examination, we'll put together a personalized treatment plan just for you. If we think you need help from other healthcare professionals, we'll make sure you get the right referrals. Our goal is to support you every step of the way on your journey to better health.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely, such as athletic wear or loose-fitting clothing. We'll be doing some assessments and exercises, so it's important to be able to move comfortably. Also, consider wearing or bringing clothes that allow easy access to the area we'll be focusing on during your session.
The number of sessions needed to see results varies depending on individual circumstances, such as the nature and severity of your condition, your commitment to the treatment plan, and other factors. Some individuals may experience improvement after just a few sessions, while others may require more consistent therapy over a longer period. During your initial evaluation, we'll discuss your goals and expectations, and together we'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to achieve the best outcomes for you.
